KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Overall responsibility for profitability of our websites.
- Develops and articulates the company's overall marketing message and product positioning, ensuring consistent translation across all marketing channels.
- Develops, implements, and manages the tactical execution of customer acquisition and retention marketing programs (direct mail, search engine optimization, online media, etc.), utilizing appropriate cross-selling strategies with new and existing customers.
- Creates competitive differentiation, leveraging key synergies and business development opportunities.
- Builds global awareness while leveraging key industry relationships, allowing All Star Directories to navigate and expand into new market segments.
- Directs the achievement of effective market share performance through a combination of internal growth and acquisition initiatives.
- Provides creative strategy and user experience direction for corporate web design and performance.
- Utilizes effective resource management in the area of metrics analysis and lead generation strategies.
- Integrates marketing, and business development metrics.
- Actively evangelizes the web in a manner that builds enhanced channel affinity.
- Establishes a long term strategic vision for an integrated web marketing and lead generation program.
- Establishes and directs the annual strategic marketing plan and operating budget to achieve corporate performance objectives.
- Monitors and reviews market/trend research reports (including competitor analysis & marketing surveys) to determine new or existing product opportunities that will ensure continued company profitability.
- Participates in evaluating company acquisition candidates

REQUIREMENTS - 15+ years of related business experience (7+ years of high-tech, high-growth oriented marketing experience, 5+ years of recent management experience).
- Strategic leader with the capacity to generate results in a technology enabled consumer media or online advertising organization.
- Ability to credibly influence internal cross functional teams, distribution partners, and advertisers.
- Demonstrated experience developing successful internet marketing strategies that monetize search engine programs.
- Superior leadership skills with a proven track record helping organizations achieve high performance standards.
- Fiscally focused leader that has consistently exceeded and supported Company revenue targets.
- Must have successfully managed significant operating budgets with demonstrated results.
- Must have strong project management experience with exceptional organizational skills.
- Balanced blend of tactical and strategic management abilities.
- Global marketing expertise strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor Degree or MBA preferred with a concentration in Marketing.
