Management Team Douglas Brown, President and CEO
As President and CEO of All Star Directories, Doug is responsible for the overall performance of the business. He brings to All Star Directories a broad range of experience including senior executive management, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, business development, strategic planning, and organizational development. Prior to joining All Star, Doug spent his first six professional years at Ernst & Young, and has more recently held senior executive leadership positions at Leggett & Platt and GoAhead Software. Doug has served on the board of 20 companies and non-profit enterprises. He holds a BS in Business from the University of Idaho. Gloria Baldino, Vice President of Sales
With a 22-year history of building and leading successful sales teams that accelerate revenue growth, Gloria Baldino has joined All Star Directories as vice president of sales to ensure the division's goals and strategies are aligned with the company's objectives. Prior to joining All Star, Baldino held various sales positions with IBM for 17 years and Microsoft for more than five years. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of referral services at A Place for Mom, where she developed and executed on the company's US national sales organization structure. She is a graduate of Portland State University, where she earned her BA in French and English. Kimberly Beach, Chief Financial Officer
Kim Beach joined All Star Directories with more than 20 years experience in all aspects of financial management, accounting and financing for a number of private and publicly held high-growth companies, ranging from start-ups to subsidiaries of multi-billion dollar businesses. Kim's early career includes time spent at Ernst & Young as a senior auditor. Most recently, just prior to All Star, she served as CFO for the Seattle Coffee Company, where she directly contributed to the organization's 30% annual growth rate and profitability, as well as supervised all transaction details and processes for the eventual purchase and integration of the company. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Linfield College, graduating summa cum laude in just three years. Jason Meredith, Vice President of Technology
Jason Meredith brings more than 13 years of leadership experience to his position as Vice President of Technology at All Star Directories. In this role, Jason is responsible for driving the prioritization, planning and execution of the company's product road map, as well as scaling the organization's technology infrastructure to support future growth. Throughout the course of his career he has held several positions in software development and business operations within the telecommunications, marketing, e-commerce and digital rights management industries. Prior to joining All Star, Jason implemented and managed enterprise-wide solutions at Corbis, where he was Vice President of Program Management. Jason received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Robert Voce, Vice President of Business Development
Rob Voce joined All Star Directories as Vice President of Business Development responsible for all activities related to new business development, including mergers and acquisitions. Rob has considerable experience in defining, executing and supporting strategies that will help the company grow profits and market share. Prior to joining All Star Directories, Rob spent over four years with Whitepages.com where he launched the companies B2B business unit and served as Senior Vice President of Product and Content. Prior to Whitepages.com, he held senior posts at Priva Technologies, Amazon.com and Wizards of the Coast. Earlier in his career, he held strategy consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. His experience also includes advisory board positions with several emerging technology companies. Rob earned is BA from Kenyon College, graduating summa cum laude, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
