10-Year Microsoft Veteran Joins All Star Directories Management Team

SEATTLE, Washington - February 14, 2005 - All Star Directories, Inc., the Internet's fastest growing publisher of school directories, announced today that Jay Goldstein, a former Microsoft executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in consumer marketing and product management, will lead the company's marketing division.

With a distinguished career in marketing leadership, Goldstein is uniquely qualified to assist All Star Directories in managing its record setting growth. Most recently Goldstein was responsible for branding and marketing Microsoft to US software developers, and prior to that he led the MSN Product Management division during a high-growth period for the portal. During his decade-long tenure at Microsoft, Goldstein held key product management leadership roles, marketing and promoting multi-billion dollar products including Internet Explorer, Windows 2000 and Windows 95. Goldstein also brings with him several years of direct marketing leadership from his tenure at Citibank.

Goldstein holds an MBA from Columbia University with honors and a BS from Cornell University.
