As All Star’s Web Development and Operations Manager, Brian advises the dev team.

Prior to All Star, Brian worked in tech support for Aldus PageMaker after Adobe acquired Aldus, and supported some of their products, including Illustrator and Photoshop. He moved into QA at Adobe and was responsible for color, color management, and transparency technologies for PageMaker, InDesign, and Acrobat.

After Adobe, he moved to a small company called UIEvolution where he managed a QA team working on a new tool used by designers for building mobile applications.

Brian then spent nine years at Envision Telephony, Inc. in Seattle as Director of Product and Services. He also worked as QA Lead and Manager for the company for four years.

Brian holds several patents from his time at Adobe and Envision.

His favorite part about working at All Star is the people and “learning new stuff.”

Brian earned his BS in Computer Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and studied Audio/Video Engineering at The Art Institutes.

When he isn’t working he serves on the Auburn School District Technology Committee, the Cascade Middle School Kind Initiative, and is a volunteer at Covington Elementary School. When he isn’t volunteering, he indulges his passion for photography and travel and is a self-proclaimed “huge” Seahawks and Thunderbirds fan. Brian enjoys camping with his family, hiking, fishing, building something or fixing something, and has recently gotten into CrossFit. He and his wife, Denise, live in Auburn with their two dogs, Milo and Leo. You can see some of his photographs here:
