Diana started her career with All Star in 2009 as an Account Representative, quickly moving through the ranks as Account Manager, Account Executive – Strategic Accounts, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, and currently as Director of Sales & Marketing.

She is responsible for managing a sales team, and creating the strategies for sales’ continued performance and success.

Before All Star, Diana worked as an Account Manager with a small fine fragrance company. She managed over 300 national and international accounts, and opened over 200 of them. She was also responsible bringing on international distributors. From there, she moved on to Project Management at a local marketing and design firm before joining All Star in 2009.

Diana enjoys working with a team of creative, motivated individuals who have authority to make thoughtful changes to the business without delay. In-office putt-putt golf tournaments and the waterfront location aren’t too shabby, either. She is most proud of her personal growth at All Star, going from a sole-contributor contract employee to managing a sales team during her five-year tenure with the company.

Diana received her BS in Psychology from Washington State University, and holds her seat as the lone ‘Cougar’ in a sea of ‘Huskies.’

Diana is an active volunteer with the local Croatian community and enjoys taking her girls to the park, cooking for her family, and traveling to where her family roots are in Croatia.
